To work with and educate consciously aligned leaders to eradicate toxic workplace behaviours and practices to create inclusive, purpose driven, healthier workplace cultures.
As a member of the Wellbeing Economy, I promote positive leadership and a movement towards a better world through a philosophy of ‘Healthy People, Healthy Planet’.
The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated and exacerbated long-standing corporate challenges to employee health and wellbeing, and in particular employee mental health. This has resulted in rapidly rising rates of burnout around the world.
Burnout is widespread among high achievers, professionals in the workplace, in business and in caring professions like health and teaching. New parents, those caring for the elderly and people with disabilities are also at risk.
Burnout is often undiagnosed, or misdiagnosed as depression and although they share symptoms, can co-exist, but they are not the same.
Burnout costs the Australian economy $14.8 billion each year!
Isn't it about time we started to prevent burnout?
I help leaders and their teams recognise an unhealthy work environment and its impact on their people’s health, wellbeing and performance.
Bridging the gap between business and wellbeing, I work alongside leaders of forward thinking organisations to embed effective sustainable wellbeing practices into their company strategy and ethos. This enables them to create a more positive, purpose-driven performance cuIture.
With over 25 years of consulting to organisations across diverse industries, I have first hand experience of toxic cultures with high levels of attrition and burnout. I have seen the contrast of a positive high-performing culture and understand the benefits it delivers.
If you want to create a happier, healthier and high performing workplace, I can support you through specialist consultation, 1:1 and group coaching, bespoke workshops and events.
